At Mr Brian Walsh Photography, LLC, each wall-art print is made to order with the highest level of care and attention. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged Items
If your print arrives damaged during delivery, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. To process a replacement, you must provide the following within 7 days of delivery:
Clear photos of the damaged packaging.
Clear photos showing the damage on the print itself.
Your order number.
Please email all required information to support@mrbrianwalsh.com. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement print will be shipped to you promptly.
We cannot process replacements without photographic evidence or if the request is submitted after the 7-day window.
